Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in the Greater Evansville Area. The ideal candidate will manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring exceptional client service and positive outcomes.

Duties

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage expectations.
  • Develop case strategies to maximize outcomes.
  • Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, and medical records.
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in Indiana, Kentucky, and/or Illinois, or eligible for admission through reciprocity or waiver.
  • Experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or litigation preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload while contributing to a team.
  • Passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals and their families.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Indiana, Kentucky, and/or Illinois.

Skills

  • Ability to manage a caseload independently.
