Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Frisco, Texas. The ideal candidate will lead a team in supporting clients through their personal injury cases, ensuring a compassionate and effective client experience.

Duties

• Manage and strategize on cases from beginning to end, including pre-litigation through trial.
• Participate in attorney roundtable meetings.
• Ensure each case is prepared for trial from the outset.
• Attend court appearances.
• Meet with clients both virtually and in-person.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense.
• Experience as first chair on cases.
• Client-facing experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Strong case management and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and passion for client advocacy.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
