Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure to join their team in Little Rock, AR. The role involves working with institutional clients to manage and resolve complex legal matters related to delinquent or underperforming loans.

Duties

  • Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
  • Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Shadow senior attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
  • Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
  • Collaborate with state team members.
  • Participate actively in weekly state meetings.
  • Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements

  • J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
  • Ability to work in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with adaptability to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
