Job Overview

The role involves frequent travel across California and collaboration with seasoned trial attorneys to contribute to case strategy and courtroom execution.

Duties

  • Drive case strategy alongside senior trial attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Handle hearings, motions, and trial work under supervision.
  • Assist in all phases of trial preparation, including depositions and witness preparation.
  • Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.
  • Manage assigned case tasks and deadlines with growing independence.
  • Travel frequently across California to attend hearings and trials.
  • Contribute to the team's trial readiness and litigation success.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of trial-related experience (jury, bench, or significant trial prep/support).
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for cases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership with the California State Bar.
