Duties

Requirements

• Strong litigation background, including bad faith experience.
• Admitted and in good standing in the state of application.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the respective state.
