Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney in Florida. Duties

  • Work on construction and mortgage financing matters.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and entitlement review.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
  • Ability to manage deals independently and communicate effectively with clients and other parties.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar membership.

Skills

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience with real estate funds or joint ventures is a plus.
