Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Immigration Attorney to join their team in Arlington, VA. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and development.

Duties

  • Manage a high-volume caseload, including PERM applications and various USCIS filings.
  • Draft, review, and revise petitions, applications, and legal documents.
  • Supervise a team of paralegals and manage client relationships.
  • Conduct legal research to support client projects.
  • Explain complex immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.
  • Assess and evaluate clients' immigrant visa eligibility.
  • Support immigration program management and compliance.
  • Utilize web-based immigration case management systems accurately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business immigration attorney experience.
  • Ability to manage complex case strategies and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law concepts.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Education

  • U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Member of a state bar in good standing
