Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its structured finance team in Dallas. Duties

Requirements

  • Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Previous large law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

  • Bar admission in good standing.
