Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Associate with five to ten years of civil litigation experience to join its Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This role involves handling complex, high-exposure cases for major clients in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution with autonomy.
• Evaluate liability and damages and prepare detailed client reports.
• Take and defend depositions and draft substantive motions.
• Oversee all aspects of high-exposure cases.
• Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with complex casualty matters preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
