Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Orlando, Florida office. Duties

  • Conduct pre-lawsuit investigations and case analysis.
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests.
  • Take and defend depositions.

  • Perform legal research and writing on various issues.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
