Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its practice in Denver, Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated, high-impact work for premier clients, collaborating with partners and clients across the full real estate lifecycle.

Duties

  • Represent lenders, investors, developers, and owners in real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate loan documents, operating agreements, and commercial leases.
  • Coordinate and close real estate and financing transactions.
  • Advise on construction, development, and joint venture arrangements.
  • Mentor junior associates and oversee work streams.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sophisticated real estate practice experience.
  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.
  • Prior law firm experience is required.
  • NMTC and HTC experience is required.
  • Admission to, and good standing with, the State Bar of Colorado.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
