Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Eminent Domain Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience in real estate and eminent domain litigation, with a focus on public entity land acquisition matters.

Duties

  • Engage in complex litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Assist public entities with real estate and property acquisition needs.
  • Develop evidence and interview witnesses for trial preparation.
  • Conduct law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
  • Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

  • Three to seven years of relevant litigation experience.
