• USPTO Registration Number preferred.
• Eligibility to sit for the USPTO Patent Bar Exam if not registered.
• Legal authorization to access ITAR-controlled data.

Education

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics.

Certifications

• USPTO Registration Number preferred.

• Strong technical background in relevant fields.
