Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce timely and accurate work products.

• Participate in meetings and digital conference calls.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
