Insurance Defense Attorney

A law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Defense Attorney to join their Walnut Creek, CA team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice on insurance matters. Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on insurance defense matters.
• Provide clients comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
