Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified and motivated mid-level associate for its Trademark, Copyright & Branding Practice Group in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, solid law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Duties

  • Conduct U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management.
  • Engage in TTAB work and trademark-specific litigation.
  • Provide copyright counseling and manage related legal matters.
  • Participate in licensing and acquisition agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth of the national practice.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience in international prosecution preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
