Duties

• Develop and implement effective legal strategies for family law matters
• Stay informed on developments in family law and court procedures
• Participate in professional organizations and legal activities as needed

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a legal team
• Strong understanding of court procedures and legal processes
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar
