Duties

• Manage and execute multiple restructuring and insolvency matters simultaneously.
• Engage in bankruptcy litigation and chapter 11 cases.
• Draft loan and security documents for distressed transactions.
• Exercise lender remedies in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Proficiency in handling corporate and commercial restructurings.
• Experience with bankruptcy litigation and chapter 11 cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
