Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with 4-7 years of experience to join its Real Estate Group in San Francisco, CA. The candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team representing lenders and borrowers in various commercial real estate transactions, including complex projects nationwide.

Duties

  • Engage in real estate finance transactions.
  • Structure joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and management agreements.
  • Lead deals and interface with clients.
  • Manage a fast-paced, complex workload.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate finance; lender-side experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with leasing is a plus.
  • Am Law 100 experience preferred.
  • Admitted to practice law in California.

Education

  • J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in California.

Skills

  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain priorities and anticipate issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for a collaborative team environment.
