Duties:

• Handle defense litigation cases from inception through resolution.

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in complex litigation matters.

• Participate in court appearances, hearings, and depositions.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development and execution.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all deadlines and tasks are met.

• Represent clients at various stages of the litigation process.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in defense litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, professional negligence, or construction defect claims.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
