Peter Low, Kirk Swinney, Jim Evans, and Ryan James have many decades of combined litigation experience and general experience in representing local governments.
We represent appraisal districts and other local governments in Tax Code, Open Meetings Act, Public Information Act, competitive bidding, construction, contracts, hotel-motel occupancy tax, and employment matters. Since we do valuation litigation on behalf of appraisal districts, we are prepared to handle other litigation containing valuation components such as eminent domain and bankruptcy.
