Fortif Law Partners, LLC was established by Bing Edwards to provide legal services to a handful of great clients, while also bettering the State of Alabama. In three years, the firm now has five lawyers who work with our clients on business, nonprofit, economic development, and tax matters. Much of our work intersects various areas of law. For example, we have assisted clients to secure economic development tax incentives for new Alabama jobs, only later to be called upon to help the same company buy an Alabama business. In addition, we have worked with nonprofit corporations on their compliance with tax laws, but also have helped them make investments in various startup companies. We like helping our clients with whatever their legal needs might be.
