Ted has been a trial lawyer since 1984. He was a deputy prosecuting attorney assigned to the State of Hawaii's first Felony Drug Prosecution Team and the White Collar Crime and Public Corruption Team. Since 1991, his practice has concentrated in workplace law, business law and civil litigation. He is an experienced trial lawyer with real world experience as lead counsel in more than twenty-five (25) jury trials in State and Federal Court. He has represented clients before all circuit courts and appellate courts in the State of Hawaii and the United States District Court in Honolulu, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
