Melanie Leavitt is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law. She has been licensed to practice law since 1984. For the first five years of her legal career, she represented unions, union health and pension funds. Since 1989, she has been representing the disabled regarding Social Security, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance and State and Federal Employee disability retirement.
