Mr. Plunkett earned his undergraduate degree from LaSalle Univeristy in 1975 (B.S. Cum Laude), and went onto complete his legal education at Temple University School of Law (J.D., 1980). Mr. Plunkett then moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania, and became a partner in the law firm of Gardner, Racines, Plunkett & Sheetz where he practiced general business law, and began representing local banks in residential mortgage transactions. Thereafter, he formed Jospeh J. Plunkett, P.C. and concentrated his practice in the areas of bussiness law, business organizations, residential and commerical real estate law, and commerical lending, representing both lenders and borrowers. Today, Mr. Plunkett's practice remains concentrated in business, commercial, and real estate law, with an emphasis on more complex transactions involving the purchase and sale of commerical shopping centers, and representing national, regional and local banks in mortgage financing of commercial properties and workout strategies. In 2006, Attorney Plunkett and Attorney Graver joined together to create, Plunkett and Graver, P.C. In his free time, Mr. Plunkett passionately pursues his hobby of racing. Mr. Plunkett resides in Coopersburg, with his wife.
