A law firm dedicated to its vision of client service Faye Caldwell formed the Firm in 1997 with the late L.G. Clinton, Jr., the former labor section head of one of the largest law firms in Texas. Lindsey Everson went to work for the Firm as an attorney in 1997, when the Firm was formed, and became a partner in 2002. Since the Firms' establishment, Faye and Lindsey, along with the Firm's attorneys, have vigorously and successfully represented their clients' interests in litigation and regulatory proceedings throughout the United States. The Firm has repeatedly guided its clients through complex litigation, corporate and business transactions, and regulatory proceedings and, in each instance, has made excellence the hallmark of legal services and representation.
