KAT BOND LAW is a virtual law office founded by Katharyn Bond designed to provide flexible legal services to creative entrepreneurs on scale with the resources of a start-up or small business. Katharyn combines her passion for people, the arts, and the law by representing fashion designers, filmmakers, creative entrepreneurs, and small businesses in general corporate matters, intellectual property, fashion law, entertainment law, and commercial transactions. Prior to opening her own law firm, Katharyn privately practiced fashion law as Of Counsel to NIMA KATZ LAW, served as General Counsel to Film Analytics, LLC, a New York based film technology start-up offering analytics to global film market participants, and represented many documentary filmmakers and content creators in a variety of legal matters ranging from corporations, financing, new media, intellectual property (copyright and trademark), rights and clearances, employment law, music licensing, production, rights acquisition, and distribution.
