Our Firm
Prior members of the Bachmann Hess Legal Team, Jeffrey Grove and David Delk moved forward and launched their new law firm in October 2012 in downtown Wheeling. Jeff Holmstrand joined the firm as a partner in 2016. The firm's members have decades of civil litigation experience.
