Vladimir has previously practiced corporate, securities and intellectual property licensing law at the Venture Law Group PC, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, Baker & McKenzie LLP and De Franceschi & Boray LLP (acquired), representing numerous start-ups and later-stage technology companies. He is experienced in start-up formation, venture capital financings and other private equity and debt offerings, as well as commercial debt facilities, intellectual property licensing, joint-venturing, corporate restructuring and merger and acquisition transactions. Vladimir has represented emerging growth companies in a variety of industries, such as, social media, medical device, mobile, consumer web, enterprise software and semiconductor. He has represented or negotiated opposite a range of angel, venture capital and corporate investors, including KPBC, Sequoia, DFJ, VantagePoint Capital Partners, ePlanet Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Canaan Partners, Y Combinator, 500 Startups, TechStars, The Hit Forge, Taylor Frigon, Essar Communications, Mitsui and United Health Group on their domestic and cross-border equity investments.
