We were selected from among 150 nationwide applicants to be part of the leadership committee in the historic Volkswagen clean diesel scandal litigation (where Volkswagen rigged its supposed "clean diesel" cars to pass emissions control tests, but then spewed harmful emissions when in actual use). We also recently achieved the largest monetary settlement in a post-close merger litigation case in California state court history.
