Mr. Jeong is the managing partner of Jeong & Likens, one of the busiest copyright law firms in the country. His cases are often covered by various media such as Law 360, Lexis Legal News, Daily Mail, etc.

Mr. Jeong specializes in business litigation and provides legal services to business entities regarding issues such as copyright, trademark, corporate governance, investment, commercial transaction, real estate transaction, employment, construction, and appeal in front of the 9th Circuit Appellate Court of the U.S. and the 2nd District Appellate Court of State of California.

Mr. Jeong has served as legal adviser for major business associations including Korean Federation of Small and Medium Businesses, Korean Apparel Manufacturers Association, and Korean Real Estate Brokers Association, working directly with their members to overcome challenging legal obstacles.

Mr. Jeong is currently serving as the President of Korean Community Lawyers Association, dedicated to serving the community members and improving the legal services by organizing jury trial seminars, visiting district courts and the Supreme Court in Korea with state court judges, monthly free legal clinics and free legal seminars.

He is often quoted by local media and is also invited as a speaker at numerous legal seminars held by Seoul Bar Association, Pusan Bar Association, Korea Daily, Korean American Restaurants Association, etc.

Mr. Jeong obtained his Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School with a focus on business litigation. While in law school, he worked as a Senior Articles Editor for Loyola International and Comparative Law Review. Mr. Jeong published an article titled "A Comparative Analysis of the Anti-trust Laws of the U.S. and the EU involving Automotive Industries", which received an offer for publication in "BYU International Law and Management Review" as a finalist in a national writing competition held by the Foundation for International Law and Management, Brigham Young University Law School. ?

Before law school, Mr. Jeong worked as an international legal manager for Division for International Business Operation of Hyundai Motor Company. He managed various M&A projects and joint venture projects in Australia, Germany, France, U.K., Italy, Spain, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, etc. He also negotiated contracts involving exportation, after-sales service, technical license, and trademark.
