Alper & McCulloch was founded by Dean Alper and Tracy McCulloch in 1991.

Our practice is limited to civil litigation, focusing on large-loss subrogation, business disputes and insurance defense.

For more than twenty years we have successfully represented clients in a wide variety of subject areas, including complex commercial disputes, property and health care subrogation, product liability, construction defects, and professional liability.

The hallmark of our practice is clear, timely communication and responsiveness to client needs.We understand that legal representation can be cost-ineffective if it is not proactively managed. Accordingly, we strive to achieve successful results as economically as possible. This process begins with the development of a clear case management plan and budget at the outset of new engagements.
