Tullos Law LLC charges only $100 for a half-hour consultation for all civil matters which include divorce and custody cases. When we accept a family law or divorce case, we require our client to pay a retainer. The amount of retainer will vary depending on your case. For all civil matters, we charge between $250 and $300 per hour. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
