Chad a. shimel Chad Shimel started practicing law in 2006. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Economics, and received his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Shimel was a partner at a central Florida firm for 6 years before starting his own firm, Shimel Law, P.A., in 2020. Mr. Shimel works with clients in a variety of fields, and his primary focus is on real estate, estate planning, and probate, trust, and guardianship administration. Mr. Shimel handles both residential and commercial real estate transactions from the time of contract through closing, and guides his clients through each step of the complex process. He also has a vast understanding of the probate, trust, and guardianship administration process through the court system, and assists clients with these emotionally difficult proceedings. Mr. Shimel is married and has five children. He is an active member and deacon at St. Andrew's Chapel in Sanford, Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
