Mr. Vecchio began practicing law in Texas in 1960 and saw a need in the community for legal representation of the citizens of Dallas and Tarrant Counties, and represented clients of different backgrounds all over the state. Mr. Vecchio was also a member of the Texas Legislature and founder of Arlington Career Institute in Grand Prairie, Texas, which is still in operation today.
