Veronica Banton, Esq., along with her trusted staff, has been serving the Westchester and lower New York community for over 25 years as a trusted attorney and advocate for her clients.

Veronica began her career as a biochemist with IBM for 20 years. After spending much time isolated in labs, Veronica knew that she was not truly fulfilled as her calling was to help people in a more interpersonal manner. She graduated from Pace Law School, soon after forayed into solo legal practice and never looked back.

Over the years she has built a reputable firm and has helped thousands of clients that continue to seek her advice and counsel in myriad legal situations.

Veronica is a member of the New York State Bar, the Westchester County Bar Association, Westchester Black Bar Association, the Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Young Women's Christian Association of Westchester. She is currently on the board of the Legal Aid Society of Westchester.

Samantha Banton, Esq., daughter of Veronica, is a recent graduate of Brooklyn Law School. During her time there she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic and Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship and had the unique opportunity of being an intellectual property intern in the legal department of David Yurman, an international jewelry company.

After law school, Samantha worked in Putnam and Westchester Supreme Courts as an Assistant Law Clerk for a Supreme Court Judge, handling matters such as property disputes, divorce and guardianship proceedings.

Samantha joined Banton Law in August of 2019 and has since enjoyed working with clientele on a variety of legal matters.

Samantha is a member of the New York State Bar, American Bar Association and Intellectual Property Law Association.
