Michael Wiener has dedicated his entire 17+ career to trademark and IP law. He has helped move the U.S. economy forward through his work as a Trademark Examining Attorney in the USPTO and private law firms.
He has worked primarily on domestic and international trademark law. He has also worked on some domestic and international copyright law.
Prior to becoming an attorney Michael Wiener was a law clerk, summer associate, paralegal, and administrative assistant at several law firms, working primarily on domestic and international trademark law and some domestic and international copyright law. His first full-time permanent job was as a legal instruments examiner at a Trademark Law Office in the USPTO.
The date of the beginning of his IP career was March 11, 1991.
He has been passionate about and dedicated to IP law ever since. He took 6 courses in IP law in law school.
