Attorney Rodriguez was the first member of her family to attend college and graduate from a University.? Graduating from Western State University, Fullerton California in 1989?represented the beginning of a dream all immigrant parents long for:?To see?their children?take advantage of the opportunities they did not have, witness them develop a better life than they had and observe as they?share their talents and blessings with others.
