Steve Oser has proudly represented individuals and families since 1989. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1977, he lived for two years in Israel and returned to Virginia to work in his family's retail shoe business. In 1983 he moved to Los Angeles, California to attend law school at Whittier College, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1986.
