Paul has practiced law for 25 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of family law. He represents clients in complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, business valuation, forensic accounting, asset tracing, property characterization and division, and restraining orders. Paul has successfully handled hundreds of trials, mediations and arbitrations in family law and multi-million-dollar business and property cases, giving him the experience to resolve high-conflict family law cases without the need for protracted litigation. Paul has successfully represented clients in many complex and high-profile cases, including high-profile individuals and extensive business and personal estates. His unique experience gives him a much broader understanding of the issues in complex cases and how to resolve them without the need for court trials and hearings. Paul is committed to exceptional client service and results in our cases. To achieve this goal, he limits the number of cases he will accept at any one time. This allows him to provide the highest level of client service and to focus on achieving early and successful resolutions in the cases he handles. Although Paul practices law full time, he is also the CEO and founder of LawConnect, Inc., a legal technology company based in San Francisco. The legal technology developed by LawConnect provides client-focused solutions for a range of legal matters, including family law. Paul obtained his law degree with honors from SMU School of Law, a first-tier law school ranked among the top four in the Southwest Region by U.S. News and World Report. He was an editor of the law review, a merit scholar and a moot court competition finalist, and he graduated in the top 15% of his class.
