Brian Trimnal and Van Myers established Trimnal & Myers Attorneys in order to provide personalized, high quality legal services to the Lancaster, SC and Indian Land, SC area. Both Brian and his wife were raised in the community and they continue to live in the area with their three children. Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the Lancaster County and South Carolina Bar Associations. He also served as past Secretary/Treasurer for the Lancaster County Bar Association. At Trimnal & Myers, Brian focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate law and probate law. He is also a licensed title insurance agent with Investors Title Insurance Company and shares his knowledge of real estate law during seminars and conferences.
