Thomas A. Blake is a Sioux Falls native and attended Washington High School. Upon graduation, he headed to the University of Colorado and pursued his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating in 1984. Heading farther west again, Thomas received his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1987, earning several awards and graduating with highest honors.
