James Helm is a Philadelphia area native and the founder of TopDog Law. James grew up playing sports 24/7. Whether it was football, wrestling, or baseball - James has always loved to compete. James tore both shoulders wrestling in high school. Following his first procedure, he was introduced to prescription painkillers and became addicted. From 17-25, James battled with drug addiction. Finally, in 2016, after years fighting in silence, James went to treatment and has been sober ever since. James often says that the opportunity to press the restart button on his life was the greatest gift he's ever received. By God's grace, he was able to change his life and is now determined to help other people overcome their struggles and change their lives too.
