Established in 1948, Harland Law Firm LLP has represented the North Coast of California with business, estate, real property, and civil litigation matters for over 60 years. After 30 years at our H Street address in Eureka, Harland Law Firm LLP has moved to our new offices at 212 G Street, Suite 201, in Eureka's revitalized Old Town district. We are excited about the move and the opportunity to continue to provide excellent legal services from our newly designed offices. Harland Law Firm LLP's current partners are Richard Smith, , Allison G. Jackson, John S. Lopez.and Amy Mendoza-Stover. Gerald Harland, now deceased, was a partner from 1952-2012.
