Ms. Harris was born in Boston, Massachusetts, October 31, 1951. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a B.A. in 1972. She received her J.D. in 1980 from the University of San Diego and her LL.M. in Taxation in 1981 from Boston University. Ms. Harris was admitted to the California Bar in 1980. She is also certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law.
