A lawyer with longstanding political experience and connections, Mr. Morgan serves as Treasurer of the Republican National Committee. He is also a Republican National Committeeman for California, the Chairman for the California Republican Party Rules Committee, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of the California Republican Party, Republican National Lawyers Association Board of Governors, the Republican National Lawyers Association Judicial Advocacy Panel, and the California Political Attorneys Association. Mr. Morgan has also been a member of the Monterey Bay Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America since 1998 and is its current president. Additionally, Mr. Morgan has been proud to be a Trustee and Officer of the University of California at Santa Cruz Foundation for more than a decade.
