Wareham Seaman Jr., attorney at law, was admitted to the California Bar, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, in 1972 after graduating from California State University at Sacramento with his B.S. degree and from Humphreys College of Law with his J.D. Degree. He joined Wareham Seaman, his father, in his tax law practice under the firm name Seaman and Seaman in 1972. In 1973 he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. In 1975 he was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and in 1976 to the U.S.
