MillerMasciola, Attorneys At Law was established in 1998 by Brigadier General (Ret.) Peter R. Masciola and joined by law partner Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Tamara L. Miller, USAF. Their legal expertise spans the areas of military medical malpractice, medical credentialing and professional licensure defense, and civilian and military employment law.

We were founded as "a military family law firm serving military families." We currently investigate and represent service members and their families in bringing claims and lawsuits for medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) and the Military Claims Act (MCA).
