Joseph B. Vas is the sole owner and proprietor of Vas Law, LLC. Mr. Vas concentrates his practice in family, municipal, real estate, civil and personal injury law. Prior to establishing his office, Mr. Vas practiced law as an associate with Brach Eichler, formerly Wolf Block, focusing on health law transactions. While an associate, Mr. Vas researched various health law issues, wrote and published various articles on health law topics, and drafted a myriad of business related documents including but limited to employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
