Ms. Raxter assists clients with Elder Law issues, Wills and Estate Plans in a personal and compassionate manner. She offers many services on a flat rate basis, and estimates for hourly based matters. Ms. Raxter is available to meet with homebound and hospitalized clients at a location of their convenience.
